1. Answer the following (each answer should be in approximately 100 words): (Marks 2×10=20)

b. Realistic theory of Corporate personality
c. Rights in rem and Rights in personam
d. Proprietary rights and personal rights
e. Legal and equitable ownership
f. Absolute and limited ownership
g. Delegated legislation
h. Custom and prescription
i. Obiter dicta
j. Capital punishment
2. Define liability and state the general conditions of criminal liability. Also discuss the different
theories of punishment and critically examine them. (Marks 10)
3. A Corporation has neither a soul to damn nor a body to kick; still it is a legal person.
Explain how?
Explain the concepts of corporation sole and aggregate giving suitable examples wherever
necessary. (Marks
4. Explain in detail the Hohfeldian analysis of jural relations. How far Hohfeldian analysis is

5. What do you understand by obligation? Discuss in detail the sources of obligation.
