1. Answer the following (each answer should be in approximately 100 words): (Marks 2×10=20)
a. Right to move to the court for setting aside the election of President of India.
b. Prospective overruling
c. Full faith and credit clause.
d. Collective responsibility of the Council of Ministers.
e. Doctrine of Pith and Substance
f. Legislative functions of the President.
g. Doctrine of Colourable legislation
h. Changes brought by GST in financial relations of Union and States
i. Difference between internal disturbance and armed rebellion
j. Procedure for the amendment in Article 368
2. What is the extent of judicial review of the decision made by the President of India under
the authority conferred on it through article 72 of the Indian Constitution?

reference to relevant case law.
