1. Discuss the residential status of Hindu Undivided Family and also discuss the scope of total income in case of different kinds of assessee. (Marks 10)
2. Discuss the freedom of trade, commerce and intercourse as enshrined under the Constitution of India with the help of case laws. Also discuss the difference between the freedom as provided under Article and Article 301 of the Constitution of India. (Marks 10)
3. Explain the Agricultural Income and instances of non-agricultural income and agricultural income with suitable case laws. Also explain the income tax treatment to agricultural income. (Marks 10)
