2. "Dowry is an evil which is destroying the moral fiber of the country". Critically comment in the light of relevant provisions from the Dowry Prohibition Act, 1961? (Marks 10)
3. Write short note on the following:-
a. Dowry differentiated from Dower (Marks 05)
b. Special courts under the Money Laundering Act, 2002 (Marks 05)
