UNIT I
1. Explain the law regarding contracts made by minors.
Explain the legal position of a minor promisor, a minor promise and a minor agent.
2. agreement requires a meeting of the minds.' Comment.
All contracts are agreements, but all agreements are not contracts.' Comment.
UNIT II
3. Define contract of sale. Distinguish between sale and agreement to sell.
"In a contract for the sale of goods, there is no implied condition or warranty as to the quality
of the goods or their fitness for any purpose." Comment.
4. Explain the doctrine of 'Caveat Emptor' with its exceptions.
Define 'Goods.' Distinguish between Specific, Ascertained, and Unascertained goods.
UNIT III
5. Distinguish between bills of exchange and cheque.
Define endorsements. Explain the different types of endorsements in negotiable instruments.
6. Explain the meaning of holder in due course. Discuss rights and liabilities of holder in due course.
Explain Central Goods and Services Tax and State Goods and Services Tax along with slab rate
with examples.

7. Define Moral development. Explain the Kohlberg's model of moral development.
Define business ethics. Explain the principles of Ethics.
8. Business ethics can be taught or trained. Discuss briefly.
