1. Define oleoresin and oleo-gum resin. Describe the pharmacognostic profile
of Podophyllum.
2. Classify tannins with example. Write down the source and macroscopy of
black catechu.
3. Give two properties of volatile oil. Explain enfleurage method of extraction
of volatile oil. Explain why volatile oil should be stored in amber colored
bottle.
4. Write down the pharmacognostic studies of Mentha and Cardamom.
