1. Solve the following case study 14
'Bakers Palace' is a famous name in food and bakery products in Solapur city
since 2008. This is a small scale business having one manufacturing unit at
Akkalkot road Solapur and three outlet shops at different locations of Solapur city.
Mr. Dhanesh Chaudhari is the owner and manager of this firm. He is working with
2 chefs, 4 skilled helpers, 2 sweepers and 6 sales persons.
Due to the quality products and quick services this firms business was boomed in
2013 and 2014. 'Bakers Palace' provides quick service last year but now the
shops are delaying the order for birthday cakes due to the demand from out of
city. The heavy demand caused to think expansion of firm in Mohol, Pandharapur,
Akkalkot and Barsi.
Mr. Dhanesh Chaudhari is suspicious about fare business in such small cities
and taluka places. He wants to check the preferences of people for bakery products.
Help Mr. Dhanesh Chaudhari to conduct market survey in Mohol, Pandharapur,
Akkalkot and Barsi.
