I. Read the following passage and answer the questions given below:
A teacher started off her first class by holdingup a 500-rupee note. In the room of 60, she asked, "Who wants this 500 rupee note?" Almost all hands went up. She said, "I am going to give this note to one of the deserving students but you have to wait." She proceeded to crush the note and then asked, "Who still wants it?" The same number of hands went up in the air. "Okay," she replied, "Let me do this?" And she dropped it on the floor and started to stamp on it with her sandals. Later, she picked it up all crumpled and dirty. "Now who still wants it?" Still the same hands went into the air. The teacher said, "My students, you have to realize that no matter what I have done to the money, you still want it because it has not decreased in value. It is still worth Rs. 500. Many times in our lives, we are dropped crushed, and grounded into the dirt by circumstances or by failures that come our way. Consequently, we feel as though we are worthless. But no matter what has happened or what will happen, you will never lose your value until you feel defeated."
