What is ELISA Explain with its types. Give its applications.
Explain the IR, NMR and mass spectral data for CH3 CO CH3.
Write note on X-ray diffraction and reference standard.
What is thermal analytical technique Give its types. Explain the theory involved in thermogravimetry analysis.
B. Answer all (2×20=40)
Explain the partition chromatography with normal and reverse phase. Discuss the theory and applications of GLC.
Derive simultaneous equation for sample containing two UV absorbing drugs each of which absorb at the λmax of the other. Discuss the various techniques employed for placing the sample in the path of infrared radiations.
