1. What do you mean by urban migration? Give an example.
2. List out any three rural employment programmes
brought out by the government of India.
3. State any three objectives of NABARD.
4. State the essential features of crop loans.
5. State any three sub-divisions of priority sector in India.

11. There were 23 big farmers out of 41 who borrowed above
Rs.5 lakhs each did not repay regularly and evading the
reminders and repeated notices. Once you have also tried
a legal notice. You have unofficial information that there
may be loan waiver immediately after the State general
Elections and you believed that would have been the
reason for irregular repayment of loans by them.

However you are pressurized by your top-brass to
complete the collection process from them by due date
which need to be done before the elections, failing which
you may have to lose your increments and promotion.
What would be your course of action as a Branch
Manager of a Private Sector bank?
