1. Explain effect of substrate concentration on anzyme activity. Discuss
Km and Vmax. 10

Explain DNA Replication in Eukaryotic Cell.
2. Attempt short notes on any four of the following 12

Genetic code of Eukaryotic cell
Classification of Lipids
