1. Describe about the nuclei of origin, intra cranial and extra cranial course, relations,
branches and applied anatomy of facial nerve.
2. What are the characteristic features of synovial joint. Describe the shoulder joint under
the following headings: variety, articular surfaces, ligaments, their attachments and
applied anatomy.

3. Define the attachments, relations and applied anatomy of flexor retinaculum of wrist joint
4. Describe about the attachments and nerve supply of Sterno-cleido mastoid muscle. Add
a note on its applied anatomy.
