1. Write about the following. (All the five questions are compulsory)
a. Contributions of Robert koch
b. Autoclave
c. Type I hyper sensitivity
d. Candidiasis
e. Rabies vaccine
2. Attempt any one. Both questions carry equal marks.
a. Enumerate various bacteria causing urinary tract infection and discuss in detail its laboratory diagnosis.
OR
b. Discuss morphology, clinical disease with signs and symptoms, laboratory diagnosis and treatment of mycobacterium tuberculosis.

a. Hepatitis C virus
b. Gonorrhoea
