a. Hyperkalemia in ICU
b. Physiology of neuromuscular transmission
c. Dialysis
d. Dobutamine
e. ICU evaluation care of a patient of tracheostomy
2. Attempt any one. Both questions carry equal marks.
a. What is the pathophysiology of burns? How will you transport manage a patient of burns in ICU? [15]

b. Define cerebrovascular accident. What are its manifestations? Describe the ICU assessment and care. [15]
