1. Write about the following. (All the five questions are compulsory)
a. Teratogenicity
b. Drugs for myasthenia gravis
c. RIMA
d. Adverse effects of Aminoglycosides
e. NSAIDS
2. Attempt any one. Both questions carry equal marks.
a. Define bioavailability and discuss the factors affecting absorption [15]
OR
b. Classify various anti epileptics drugs and explain mechanism of action and adverse effects of valproate. [15]

b. Classification of anti-arrhythmic
c. Fat soluble vitamins
d. First pass metabolism
e. Uses of atropine
