a. Vascular access site assessment and care.
b. Occupied bed making.
c. Importance of records and reports.
d. Stool specimen collection.
e. Urinary bladder catheterization.
2. Attempt any one. Both questions carry equal marks.
a. Define CAPD. Discuss in detail the care and information required by the patient undergoing CAPD exchange.
OR
b. Define asepsis. Write in detail the types of aseptic precautions taken in dialysis unit to prevent infection.

a. Macronutrients.
b. Sources and requirement of proteins.
c. Food selection and storage.
d. Mineral deficiencies.
e. Types of fats.
