Note: 1.) Attempt all questions.
2.) ATTEMPT BOTH PARTS IN SINGLE ANSWER BOOK ONLY.
3.) NO SUPPLEMENTARY SHEET SHALL BE ALOWED/ PROVIDED
4.) The Student must write Q.P. Code in the space provided on the Title page of the Answer Book.
SECTION A [40 Marks]
1. Write short Notes up to 5 lines in length.
(a) Typical spinal nerve. (b) Supinator.
(c) Adductors and Abductors of vocal cords. (d) Greater sciatic foramen.
(e) Arterial supply of head of femur.
2. Answer the following question upto 3 pages in length. [10]
Functions of hypothalamus
3. Attempt any ONE question out of the following two questions and Answer should be upto 5 pages in length. [15]
(a) Gluteal muscles under subheads.
Origin insertion action Nerve supply, Blood supply Relations and applied anatomy.
OR
(b) Muscles of front of forearm under subheads.
Superficial compartment Deep compartment Nerve supply Blood supply. SECTION B [40 Marks]

Serratus anterior. Surgical Neck of humerus. Common peroneal nerve.
Blood supply of internal capsule of brain. (e) Hyaline cartilage.
5. Answer the following question upto 3 pages in length. [10]
Write about-Axillary lymph nodes under: Position, areas of drainage and applied aspect (upto 3 pages in length)
6. Attempt any ONE question out of the following two questions and answer should be upto 5 pages in length. [15]
(a) Relations of bursae related to knee joint. Also discuss the applied anatomy related to it.

(b) Describe the origin, course distribution and applied aspect of facial nerve.
