SECTION A
All questions are compulsory. Answer each question upto 5 lines in length. Each question carries 2 Marks. [20]

4. Two- point discrimination
5. MMT grades

7. Meninges
8. Orientation
9. Pseudo hypertrophy
10. Heel to knee test
SECTION B
Attempt any 8 questions. Answer each question upto 2 pages in length. Each questions carries 5 Marks. [40]
1. Common peroneal nerve injury.
2. Pelvic girdle muscular dystrophy.
3. Clinical features of amyotrophic lateral sclerosis.
4. Cortico- spinal tract.
5. Clinical features of encephalitis.
6. Frontal lobe.
7. Dystonia its types.
8. Syringomyelia.
9. Anterior cord syndrome.
10. Myasthenia gravis.
11. Aphasia and its types.

1. Write pathophysiology, clinical features and physiotherapy management of 7 years old male child with Duchenne muscular dystrophy.
2. Write aetiology, clinical presentation and management of myasthenia gravis.
3. Write anatomy physiology of cerebellum. Explain common clinical presentation of cerebellar disorders.
4. Discuss classification of cerebral palsy based on muscle tone. Write assessment for 5 years old spastic diplegic child
