1. Enumerate the types of wound healing. Describe the mechanism of wound healing and
factors influencing it. Add a note on fracture healing.
Short essay:
2. A 30 years old male truck driver presented with history of fever cough since 3 weeks,
progressive fatigue and weight loss of about 10 Kg during the last 6 months. He
had generalized lymphadenopathy, warts on hands and genitals. CNS: Neck stiffness
Kernig's sign positive. RS: Crepitations He died after 2 days.
