malignant tumors in detail.

1. What are the methods available for haemoglobin estimation and explain
in detail about Sahli's method of haemoglobin estimation?
2. What do you mean by ESR? How do you estimate the ESR by
Westergren's method?

morphology and function of granulocyte.
