5. Explain memorandum of association and its clauses.
6. What is a debenture certificate? State the types of debentures which may be issued
by a public company.
7. Explain the provisions relating to 'statutory meeting'.
8. Explain the internal reconstruction by altering the share capital.
9. Explain meaning and role of companies Act.
10. What is contract? All contracts are agreements, but all agreements may not be
