factories act 1948.
2. Examine the special provisions relating to 'Women
workers and children' working in the night shifts.
3. Write note on

4. Specify the conditions under which a strike or lockout
may be declared "illegal".
5. Discuss the opening hours and closing hours of shops and
commercial establishments.
