help of leading cases.
Q2) What are the various remedies available for a plaintiff, after the tort is
committed? Explain.
Q3) Discuss the composition, jurisdiction and power of various Authorities
established under Consumer Protection Act, 1986.
Q4) Explain the relevant provisions of Motor Vehicles Act, 1988.
Q5) Explain the principle "Actio personalis, Moriture curh persona" . Is there any
exception to this principle?
Q6) Explain the law relating to Miscellaneous provision Act 1934.
Q7) What is negligence? Examine the law governing the liability of Medical and
legal practitioners for negligence in their professional activity?
