1. Analyse the Doctrine of Non-arbitrariness under Article 14 of the Constitution of India with the help of decided cases. How this doctrine has enlarged the scope of Article 14 of the Constitution

2. Critically analyse the Rights of Minorities in the light of Articles 29 and 30 of the Constitution of India.

3. Discuss the advisory jurisdiction of the"Indian Supreme Court in the light of suitable judicial decisions.

4. Describe the scheme of the distribution of the legislative powers between centre and states under the Indian Constitution.

Attempt any two of the following questions from this part. Each question carries 25 marks.

5. Explain the legal concepts 'Rights and duties.' Examine the co-relation between the two.

6. Analyse the theory of Social Engineering as propounded by Rasco Pound.

7. Discuss Judicial Precedent as source of law. Distinguish between Ratio Decidendi and Obiter Dicta.

8. What do you understand by Judicial Activism? How it helped in enlarging the scope of human rights in India? Critically analyse.
