1. Whether 'Trade Secret' and 'Undisclosed Information' are the same or different? Discuss the above in the light of the TRIPS Agreement.
2. Discuss the basic features of the Rome Convention.
3. Discuss the basic features of Patent Cooperation Treaty, 1970.
4. Trace out the evolution of copyright and related rights.
5. Discuss the important principle provisions of the Berne Convention for the protection of Literary and Artistic works.
6. Discuss the main provisions of Patent Law Treaty, 2000.
7. Write a note on Collective Marks.
8. Analyse the key aspects of Convention on Biological Diversity (CBD).

1. Discuss the concept of "fair use" under the Copyright Act, 1957.
2. Analyse the Utilitarian Theory of Intellectual Property Rights advocated by Germy Bentham along with the limitations of the said theory.
3. All kinds of inventions are not Patentable. Inventions that need to be protected under patents should fulfil certain Patentable Criteria-Analyse and examine this statement.
