Write short notes on any three of the following in about 200 words each. Each question carries 5 marks:
1. Role of "Team Spirit" in management functions.
2. Effective classroom management in reference to the students with special needs.
3. Essential competencies of a manager.
4. Major steps involved in delegation process.
5. Difference between programmed and non -programmed decision.
Attempt any four questions from Part B. Each question is of 15 marks. Each answer should be in about 600 words
6. Enlist different principles of management. Do you think that implementation of these principles can play a vital role towards development of an institution Discuss with proper rationale.
7. What is "Classroom Management" How adaptations in the classroom can lead to successful inclusion of children with special needs? Justify your answer with suitable examples.
8. Explain briefly about the process of staff selection.Explain, as a manager of an institution what are the different effective methods will you adopt in the staff selection procedure?
9. What are the major personality characteristics of an effective manager? Make a self assessment of yourself to prove that you are a successful manager.
10. Briefly explain about the nature and objectives of Accounting. Describe about benefits and limitations of accounting in an educational set-up.
11. Enlist the provisions and concessions provided by Government of India for education of persons with disabilities. Do you think that these provisions and concessions reaches the persons with disabilities in a right manner at the right time Explain with rationale.
