2. Discuss cultural ecology and its relevance in cultural anthropology.
3. Describe the role played by women in ecological movements.
4. Examine the development of arid and semi arid areas with reference to the Thar desert.
5. Write short notes on any two of the following:
Cultural materialism
Indigeneous knowledge
Ethno ecology

6. Examine the colonial and post colonial forest policies in India.
7. Discuss bio -diversity and its relevance in the eco system.
