Explain the significance of Public-Private Partnership model of extension in the context of rural development in India. Cite some case studies in this regard.

Discuss different aspects of Dependency Theory of Development. Explain its relevance in the current global context.
3. Answer any four of the following questions in about 150 words each:
What are the steps involved in the process of extension programme planning and development?
Discuss different methods of staff development in extension.
What are the components of monitoring and evaluation design
Discuss the major shifts in approaches to adult education policy in India.
