Answer any two questions in about 600 words.
Each question carries 20 marks. 2x20=40
1. Discuss the important constitutional values enshrined in the constitution of India.
2. Discuss the doctrine of separation of powers. Do you think that the constitution of India incorporated the doctrine of separation of powers in its absolute rigidity
3. 'Absolute freedom is not desirable'. Elaborate with the help of decided case laws.
4. Discuss in detail various jurisdictions of the Supreme Court.
PART-B

5. Discuss the legislative procedure involved in the enactment of law.
6. Discuss the powers and functions of National Human Rights Commission.
7. Explain the constitutional and legal provisions dealing with the Right to Legal Aid with the help of case laws.
8. Discuss the right against custodial torture with the help of decided cases.
9. 'Informal Traditional Justice Systems are important'. Do you agree? Elaborate in detail.
10. Discuss in detail the meaning of Information under RTI Act. What are the informations which cannot be sought under the RTI Act?
