Essential Qualification MBBS degree with two years Research/Training experience or MD in any subject.
Desirable Qualification 1. Additional post doctoral research/training experience in relevant subjects from recognized institute(s) 2. Knowledge of Computer Applications
Total Salary Rs.61,000/-p.m. Consolidated (fixed) plus HRA
Duration One year
Nature of duties 1. Screening and short listing of the concept research proposals in collaboration with extramural team. 2. Organizing Research Methodology/proposal development workshops of shortlisted projects participants. 3. To organize Project review and screening committee meetings. 4. Processing of files for timely release of grant of recommended projects. 5. Monitoring and evaluation of ongoing projects. 6. Developing mentorship programme for young researchers. 7. Developing online system for processing of seed grant proposals

General Conditions:

  1. The post to be filled on contracutal basis initially for a period of one year or extendable on the basis of performance. The appointment can be terminated with one month notice from either side without assiging any reason.

  2. Any canvassing on behalf of the candidate or attempting to bring external influence with regard to selection/recuritment shall be considered as DISQUALIFICATION.

  3. Age relaxation for reserved categories will be as per DoPT rules.

  4. No benefits of provident fund, CCA leave, travel Concession, Medical Claim etc. are admissible.

  5. No TA/DA will be paid to the candidate for appearing in the Interview.

  6. Leave shall be as per the institutional policy for project staff.

  7. Since the post is contracutal basis, the incumbents selected will have no claim for regular appointment under ICMR or continuation of their services in any other project.

  8. Kindly bring the Original documents like proof of date of birth, educational qualifications, experience (proof for all experience mentioned in the appliation) and list of publications.

Interested candidates possessing the requied qualification may attend the walk-in-interview along with the attached prescribed format and photocopies of the documents/certificates, CV along with a passport size photograph at Indian Council of Medical Research, Ansari Nagar, New Delhi-110029. The walk-in-interview will be held on 05.03.2018. No application will be enternained after 10.00 AM .After scrutiny and verification of original documents eligible candidates will be required to appear for the interview.
