VACANCY FOR INCUBATOR MANAGER

The Incubator will offer contractual appointments initially for 2 years and can offer regular appointment after 2 years.

Business Incubator Manager

Compensation: Consolidated Rs. 40,000/ per month & provision of Equity in incubated startups as per incubator policy.

The incubation manager will be the key member of the incubator team, who will network and manage investors, startups, mentors, resources & infrastructure facilities for the incubated companies.

Qualification:

Masters in Social Sciences/ Management/ or Bachelor of Technology/ Engineering.

Minimum 3 years experience in Angel Investor Network / Incubator / Accelerator / Early Stage VC Firm.

Fluent in spoken and written English.

Age below 35 years

Job Profile:

Investor community mobilization and tie ups with VC firms.

Angel investor network management.

Startup investment portfolio management.

Startup community mobilization.

Managing day to day operation of incubation center.

Designing and conducting mentoring and training programs for Startups.

Scouting and building pipeline of potential startups for incubation.

Business planning and financial modelling.

Mentor development and analyzing the requirements of startups and connect with the mentors.

Ability to flourish in a dynamic start-up environment.

Well conversed and have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
