ONLINE REGISTRATION IS MANDATORY AND WILL OPEN FROM 18 SEPTEMBER 2017 TO 01 NOVEMBER 2017

1. The educational, age and physical criteria for the candidates for the subject recruitment in the Army is as under:-

Soldier Clerk/ SKT	17 - 23 Born between (01 October 1994 to 01 April 2000	(a) Should have secured 50% marks in each subject and 60% marks in aggregate in Class XII. (b) Should have studied English and Math/Accts/Book Keeping in Class XII or X and should have secured min 50% marks in each of these subjects, whether studied in Class XII or X. (c) Even if a candidate is a graduate or has a higher qualification percentage marks scored in Class XII would be applicable towards his eligilibility.	Height-162 Cm Weight - 48 Kg Chest-77/82 Cm With minimum expansion of 5 cm.

2. ON LINE REGISTRATION

(a) Candidates are advised to register themselves and apply for participation in rally between 18 September 2017 to 01 November 2017.

(b) Only those candidates having valid admit cards will be allowed to participate in rally.

(c) Admit Cards will be available on Indian Army site only after 02 November 2017. Candidates will take the printout of Admit Card in Black & White and from 600 DPI LASER PRINTER only.

3. Rally Programme. The detailed rally programme (Day Wise) will be published separately in Newspaper only after 01 November 2017 and the date of rally will also be reflected on the Admit Card.

4. Essential Documents Required During Rally.

(a) Education Certificate.

(i) Original mark sheet of Matric/ Intermediate/10+2 or higher education.equired.

(ii) Candidates studied from NIOS, will produce transfer certificate (TC) of class 8th/9th duly countersigned by the respective District Education Officer to authenticate its correctness.

(iii) Mark sheet downloaded from computer must be signed by concerned school principal.

(b) Bonafide Himachal Pradesh Domicile/ Nativity Certificate. Bonafide Himachal Pradesh domicile/ Naticity and Dogra Class certificate duly signed and issued by Tehsildar/SDM.

(c) Caste Certificate.

(i) Sikh & Sikh (M&R) candidates will produce caste certificate i.e SIKH and Sub-Caste Certificate i.e Badwal, Jatt, Kamoh, Kanet, Pandit, Rajput, Tarkan, Saini, Ramdasia, Jhiwar, Jaat, Chamar, Lohar, Gujjar etc. Minority certificate of the candidate duly signed and issued by Tehsildar/ SDM.

(ii) Gorkha candidates will bring caste certificate issued by Tehsildar/SDM alongwith Sub-Caste issued by Gorkha Association and affidavit duly attested/countersigned by the Notary regarding caste/sub caste of Gorkha.

(iii) SC/ST/OBC candidates will produce caste certificate from Tehsildar/SDM/DM only. Caste certificate signed by Gram Pradhan will not be accepted.

5. Character Certificate. Character Certificate duly signed by the Village Sarpanch & should be within 06 months from date of rally.

6. Unmarried Certificate. Candidates aged below 21 years should bring Unmarried certificate duly signed be self, parents/guardian & countersigned by village sarpanch.

7. NCC/Sports Certificate. NCC/Sports certificate holders should produce original certificate. If provisional NCC certificate being produced, same should be done before a week prior to conduct of CEE.

8. Sports Gradation Certificate. Sports Certificate alongwith Gradation Certificate from Director, Department of Sports & Youth Affairs, Himachal Pradesh, should not be more than two years old from the date of rally i.e 17 November 2017. No relaxation/bonus marks will be awarded to any sports certificate holder without Gradation Certificate .

9. O+ Level Computer. O+ level computer certificate issued by the DOEACC for Sol Clk/SKT, if any, will be produced in original for claiming relaxation.

10. Relationship Certificate. Son of Servicemen/Ex-servicemen/Widows/War Widows have to produce Discharge Book and Original Relation Certificate, issued by Chief Record Officer/Senior Record Officer alongwith Affidavits as per format below :-

15. Photographs. 12 recent coloured passport size (3.5 cm X 4.5 cm) photographs showing both the ears of the candidate with name and date of birth printed on the photographs. Sikh and Sikh (M&R) candidates photographs should be with turban/Putka.

16. Instructions.

(a) Only online registered candidates are eligible for the rally. All online registered candidates will download the Admit Card through e-mail ID and print it. Copy of Admit card is compulsory. Admit Card to be printed (Black & White) on A4 Size Paper (preferably 70 GSM/ 600 DPI laser printer qualities). Admit Card is NOT TO BE FOLDED. Bar Code should be printed clearly on the Admit Card.

(b) Candidiates are allowed to take part in one category only during recruitment rally & Producing of fake documents & giving false info will liable you for terminating of your service in spite of any number of years service you may render. FIR will be lodged against candidates caught using unfair means at any stage.

(c) Permanent body tattoos are only permitted on inner face of forearms i.e from inside of elbow to the wrist and on the reverse side of palm/ back (dorsal) side of hand. Permanent body tattoos on any other part of the body are not acceptable and candidates will be barred from further selection. Tribes with tattoo marks on the face or body as per their existing custom and traditions will be permitted on a case to case basis.

(d) Use of Mobile Phones is NOT allowed inside the Rally site & Written Exam premises.

(e) Candidate/Father/Mother/Relative of candidate will not have any rights for claiming compensation or to hold Indian Govt/ Indian Army responsible for any injury/disease/disability suffered during the various physical tests undergone by the candidate at the time of recruitment. All candidates will be appearing for various tests on their own interest and at their own risk.

(f) Recruitment is purely based on merit list depending on available vacancies. Candidates do not have any right to claim on recruitment in Army just for passing in recruitment process.

(g) Candidates are required to report at 2.00 AM in the morning on the scheduled dates only at the rally site (Indira Gandhi Sports Stadium, Una (HP)). Gate will be closed at 8.00 AM everyday.
