EMPLOYMENT NOTIFICATION

Applications are invited from eligible In ndian Nationals for filling up the following posts of this Institute. i The details of the posts are as under.

GENERAL CONDITIONS:

1. The Applications duly completed in all re espects and signed by the candidates in the prescribed format along with self attested photocopies of relevant enclosures and otheer testimonials in respect of qualifications, age proof, categor ry, experience, salary drawn, etc. should reach to the Director, National Inst titute for Locomotor Disabilities (Divyangjan), B.T. Road, , Bon-Hooghly, Kolkata-700090 within 21 days from the date of publicatio on of the advertisement in the Employment News.
2. Applications should neatly typed/hand writte en on A/4 size plain paper as per the prescribed format. All Columns of the application form should filled up and no column should be lefft blank.
3. Applications received through e-mail/late/inc complete will not be considered and the Institute will not be re esponsible for any postal delay.
4. Rs.300/-(Rupees Three Hundred Only) is s payable by candidates (No fees for SC/ST/Persons with Dis sabilities) towards non-refundable application fees in form of account payee d demand draft drawn in favour of National Institute for the Orthopaedically Handicapped, payable at Kolkata and should be sent along g with Applications Form.
5. Applications incomplete in any respect aand not accompanied by copies of mark sheets / certificaates / proof of age, experience (present & previous) / other relevant doocuments, photograph, without fee, unsigned and not in n the prescribed format will be summarily rejected. Candidates should write their Name, Name oof the Post applied for, on the reverse of the bank draft.
6. Reservation / Age Relaxation to candidates belonging to different categories shall be as per Governmentof India Rules.
7. There is no upper age limit in respect of e employees already working on regular basis in this Instituute. Deputation will be governed by standard termms & condition of deputation as prescribed by Government off India from time to time
8. Candidates must ensure before applying th hat they are eligible according to criteria stipulated in the a advertisement. If the candidate is found ineligible at any stage of recruitment process he / she will be disqualified and their candidature ca ancelled. Hiding of information or submitting false information will lead to canc cellation of candidature at any stage of recruitment.
9. Candidates working in Government / Autono omous bodies / PSU should apply through proper channel.
10. The prescribed essential qualifications & ex xperience are the minimum and mere possession of the sam me does not entitle a candidate to be called for written test/skill test/interview.
11. The decision of the competent authority in all matters relating to eligibility, acceptance or rejection of a applications etc. will be final and binding on the candidates and no enquiry or r correspondence will be entertained in this connection.
12. The Institute does not undertake any respo onsibility for sending or replying to the candidates not selecte ed or not called for Written Test / Skill Test / Interview.
13. All correspondences regarding selection pro ocess (Date, venue and time etc) will be intimated to the eligib ble candidate only through E-mail / Speed Post. The Institute shall not be resp ponsible for any non-receipt of any communication on any acc count whatsoever.
14. Canvassing and/or bringing influence in any y form will disqualify the candidature.
15. The Institute reserves the right for any am mendment, cancellation and changes to this advertisemen nt as a whole or in part without assigning any reason or giving any notice.
16. The candidates selected on direct recruitm ment will be governed by the provisions of the New Penssion Scheme introduced by the Government of India with effect from 01-01-22004.
17. No interim enquiries/correspondence/commuunication of any sort will be entertained on the matter.
18. The applicants are advised to follow institute e web site regularly for any amendments/updates.
19. Selected candidates may have to work in Ko olkata or elsewhere at the centers of this Institute.
20. The Institute reserves the right to reject any or all applications without giving any reason whatsoever.
21. Candidates who has already applied for tthe post of Lecturer (Physiotherapy) vide Advt. No. RECRRUIT-2016/NILD/6606 dated 0612-2016 need not to apply again.
22. Applications received vide Advt. No. RE ECRUIT-2016/NILD/6606 dated 06-12-2016 and against th his advertisement both will be considered for short listing. Candidate should write the Name of the Po ost applied for and Advertisement Number on the top of the e envelope and separate envelopes should be used if applying for more than one e post.
