VACANCY CIRCULAR
Applications are invited from eligible candidates for engagement of 01 no. Staff Consultant/Technical on contract basis having knowledge of power sector and tariff formulation to assist the Commission in discharge of its day to day functions with respect to Tariff related matters. The details of qualifications, qualifying service and nature of experience prescribed for this post is as under:-

Degree in Electrical/ Mechanical/ Electronics & Communication Engineering. b) Q b) Experience Mi Minimum 3 years experience in matters relating to techno-economic appraisal of power projects/schemes. Candidates having experience of preparation/processing of Multi Year ARR/Tariff orders of distribution/transmission/generation, demand side management, power system planning, operation and other activities relevant to the working of the Commission will be preferred. |
Terms & conditions
- The Staff Consultant will be paid fixed monthly emoluments which shall be negotiated.
- The term of engagement will be for one year which will be extendable as per work requirement of the Commission, however, initial period of 6 months will be on probation during which the services can be terminated at any time without serving any notice.
- The other terms and conditions of engagement will be governed by Punjab State Electricity Regulatory Commission (Engagement of Consultants) Regulations 2012 read with Punjab State Electricity Regulatory Commission (Appointment & Service Conditions of Employees) Regulations, 2015.
- The applications complete in all respect along with passport size photograph and photocopies of all certificates related to educational qualification, qualifying service, nature of experience etc. must reach to the undersigned latest by 08.12.2017. Applications received late or without supporting documents shall not be considered.
