Karnatak University, Dharwad DSTPURSEPHASE-II PROGRAM
WANTED
Applications are invited for the post of Project Fellow to work under the DSTPURSEPhase-II Program, for a period of 3 years or till the end of the project on purely temporary basis. This program is funded by the Department of Science & Technology, Government of India, New Delhi. The Project Fellow should work under Prof. M. Y. Kariduraganavar, Department of Chemistry, K. U. Dharwad.
Qualifications
M. Sc. in Chemistry with a minimum of 55% marks (50% in case of SC/ST/Cat-I candidates). NET/GATE/SLET qualified candidates with research experience will be preferred.
Emoluments
Project Fellow will be paid a consolidated pay of Rs. 20,000/-per month. Application in a hard copy must be submitted, in the format given in the University website, to Prof. Mahadevappa Y. Kariduraganavar, Program Coordinator, DSTPURSEPhase-II Program, P. G. Department of Studies in Chemistry, Karnatak University, Dharwad-580 003, Karnataka on or before 30/11/2017. The selected Project Fellow is encouraged to register for Ph. D. program. The eligible candidates will be informed either through phone or by E-mail to appear for an interview before the Selection Committee, for which no TA and DA will be paid.
The decision to fill or not to fill the post is left to the Selection Committee.
