2	Qualification	:	MBBS (Industrial Physician Course would be preferred) MD (Medicine) (would be preferred)
3	Pay Scale	:	55600-110100 Note :- If candidate with MD (Medicine) qualification applies, he would be offered Designation of Medical Officer with Pay Scale of 72100-119400
4	Age limit	:	For Unreserved Category : 35 years and For Reserved category 40 years on the date of Advertisement for Walk-in-interview

General:

1] Total emoluments at the minimum of the pay scale inclusive of DA, CLA, NPA, Medical Allowance, HRA etc. would be payable to the Medical Officer and Assistant Medical Officer as per prevailing rules. These posts also carry perquisites like LTC/Home Town, Gratuity, Leave Encashment, Medical Reimbursement, CPF, etc. as per rules.

2] The candidates working with Govt. or Semi Govt. Organization should come with No Objection Certificate from the concerned organization on date of interview.

3] The selected candidates shall have to produce relieving letter from previous employer at the time of resuming duties.

4] SEBC candidates shall have to come with latest Non Creamy Layer Certificate in 5lZlXQ9v S/ in Gujarati.

5] The selection & subsequent appointment will be governed by the prevailing rules & regulations of the Company.
