Applications are invited upto 31.07.2017 for the temporary position of SRF in the ICMR project entitled Comparative study of Genetic, Clinical and Epidemiological factors of Breast Cancer in Indian population at National Institute of Cancer Prevention and Research (NICPR-ICMR), Plot No.I-7, Sector-39, Noida-201301, for 3 years under Dr. Showket Hussain, Scientist-C, Division of Molecular Oncology NICPR, Noida, interested candidates as per details available on NICPR website (www.nicpr.res.in )/ ICMR website (www.icmr.nic.in) to fill up following temporary/contractual positions. The Positions are purely temporary and co-terminus with the project.

Essential Qualification & Experience:-

M.Sc. in any branch of life Sciences (Biotech/Biochemistry/Microbiology etc)/ M.Tech with two years of research experience.

Desirable Qualification:-

Working experience of molecular biology techniques relevant to cancer research with tract record of co-authored publications in indexed journals.

Age limit:- 35 years.

Emoluments: 28000/- + HRA per month

3. Recruitment is temporary and on Contract basis, which, as per requirement, may be extended further, subject to satisfactory performance of Duties as per periodical assessment by the Director.

4. Applications are invited upto 31.7.2017. Application received incomplete/late, for any reason, will be rejected straightaway without any further communication in this regard.

5. The Director, NICPR (ICMR) Noida reserves the right to reject any or all the applications and/or call only shortlisted candidates for interview/personal discussions.

6. No T.A. /D.A. etc will be paid to the Candidates for attending the interview/personal discussions at NICPR, Noida.

7. Date for interview/personal discussion will be intimated separately by e-mail. No separate letter will be sent for the same.

8. Age is relaxable by five years for candidates having additional experience with discretion of competent authority.

3. The post is purely temporary for the duration of the project (3 years) and the position will automatically co-terminus on the completion of the project tenure. The appointment is initially for one year and can be extended for subsequent years based on the performance. The appointed person shall have no claim of appointment/absorption in funding agency or in this Institute. Selected candidates will have to join duty immediately on receipt of the offer of appointment.
