Knowledge of computer applications, command over oral and written communication, demonstrated ability to effectively work in a team is essential.

Desirable Skills:

Past experience in relevant fields such as sales or customer relations at supervisory level is preferable.

Job Profile:

The candidate is responsible for the overall functioning of the office of the Dean / Director. He/She will ensure that decisions made by the Dean/Director in accounting, admin., academic affairs, IT affairs, students and faculty affairs are implemented. The candidate will manage all records with the help of office assistants.

Essential Qualifications:

Masters in sports/physical Education min. 55% marks or equivalent grade. Three years relevant experience in the same position with salary in PB-2 (`9300-`34800) with GP of `4200 in Govt. Job Profile:

The candidate will help run the dispensary on the campus and assist visiting doctors in their tasks. The candidate will be responsible for all hospital related administrative activity including Liaisoning with visiting doctors and ensuring students and staff get adequate medical attention, maintenance of medical records and upkeep of the dispensary.

Job Profile:

The candidate will assist the Executive Officer in day-to-day administration. This includes inventory of all items, maintenance activities, ensuring that all housekeeping, medical / hospital, vehicle travel, classroom / laboratory, hostels, rentals, entities work smoothly.

  1. All posts are temporary on consolidated salary. Selected candidates shall work at IIT Goa and shall not have claim on any regular position and shall not bestow any of the privileges (housing and other benefits) available to regular employees of IIT Bombay.
