Notice for Appointment on Deputation Basis Applications are invited for filling up two positions of Assistant Registrar on transfer / transfer on deputation basis in the corresponding VII CPC scale of the pre-revised scale of 15600-39100 GP 5400 (Scale PB 3) in Indian Institute of Information Technology, Kota being mentored by MNIT, Prabha Bhavan Jaipur, from the officers of Indian Audit and Accounts Department and other Central public sector autonomous bodies possessing Masters degree in any discipline at least with 55% marks or its equivalent grade CGPA/UGC point scale with good academic record from recognized University /Institute. Applicants should have rendered services on the post of Sr. Audit Officer / Audit Officer or analogous post in the aforesaid scale for a period of 5 years with an experience of handling the Finance and Administrative matters of Higher and Technical Educational Institutions. The officers must be well versed with all the rules and regulation and working of Higher and Technical Educational Institutions including preparation of budget, preparation of annual accounts according to the prescribed accounting standards along with settlement of all the claims pertaining to the pay and allowances of the staff, settlement of audit objections, leave salary and pension contributions and other establishment and accounting matters along with experience and knowledge of CPWD manual and Public works and Financial and Accounts Rules with an outstanding track record of performance . The terms and conditions of the transfer / transfer on deputation basis will be regulated in accordance with Govt. of India, Department of Personnel & Training, New Delhi O.M. No. AB/14017/71/89-Estt. RR. Dated 3rd October,1989; No.s/29/91-Estt (pay II) dated 5th January,1994 and 6/8/2009-Estt. (pay II) dated 17th June,2010 as amended from time to time. The maximum age limit for transfer/transfer on deputation shall not exceed 56 years as on the closing date of the receipt of application. The pay of the officers selected for transfer on deputation basis will be regulated in accordance with the Ministry of Finance O.M.F.1(II)E/III(B)75 dated 7/11/1975 read with the Department of Personnel & Training O.M.No.1.4.84-Estt.(pay II) dated 26/12/1984 and Ministry of Personnel , Public Grievances and Pension Department, Department of Personnel & Training O.M.No.2/12/187-Estt.(pay II) dated 29/4/1988 as amended from time to time. The Officers fulfilling the essential requirements as given in the recruitment rules for the position and desirous of being considered for the post should apply through proper channel latest by Wednesday the 21st June, 2017.The applications may be forwarded along with the applicants duly verified personal Biodata as per pro forma enclosed with this advertisement / requisition with cadre clearance, vigilance clearance, Integrity certificate and attested photocopies of ACRs /APARs for the last five years latest by Wednesday the 21st June, 2017 to the Coordinator, Indian Institute of Information Technology, Kota.
