WALK IN INTERVIEW

Twelve (12) posts of Non-Teaching Sub-Cadre Specialist Grade-II (Microbiologist) at NCDC, Delhi are to be filled purely on contractual basis for one year or till the such time the posts are filled up on regular basis, whichever is earlier:-

Qualifications: - Essential:
a.
A recognized MBBS degree qualification included in the First Schedule or Second Schedule or Part II of the Third Schedule (other than licentiate qualifications) to the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956. (102 of 1956). Holders of educational qualifications included in Part II of the Third Schedule should also fulfill the conditions specified in sub-section (3) of section (13) of the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956 (102 of 1956).
b.
Post-graduate Degree or Diploma in the concerned speciality or super speciality mentioned in Section-A or Section-B in Schedule-VI.
c.
Three years experience in the concerned speciality or super speciality after obtaining the first Post-graduate degree or 5 years experience after the Post-graduate diploma.
The other terms & conditions for the posts are as under:
  1. The candidates should not be more than forty years of age on the date of the interview.
  2. The appointment is purely on contract basis for a period of one year or till the regular incumbent joins, whichever is earlier with effect from the date of joining. Thereafter, the contract will lapse automatically. The appointment can also be terminated at any time on either side by giving one months notice or by paying one months salary, without assigning any reason or failure to complete the period of three months to the satisfaction of the competent authority.
  3. The consolidated remuneration will be 1st year Rs.70,000/-& 2nd year Rs.80,000/-per month, if the contract is extended for 2nd year.

  4. The appointee shall perform the duties assigned to him/ her. The competent authority reserves the right to assign any duty as and when required. No extra/ additional allowance will be admissible in case of such assignment.

  5. The appointee shall not be entitled to any benefit like Provident Fund, Pension, Gratuity, Medical Attendance Treatment, Seniority, Promotion etc. or any other benefits available to the Government servants appointed on regular basis.

  6. Non-practicing Allowance will not be admissible.

  7. The appointee will not be granted any claim or right for regular appointment to any post under Central Health Services.

  8. The appointee shall be on the whole time appointment of the Institution and shall not accept any other appointment, paid or otherwise and shall not engage himself/ herself in private practice of any kind during the period of contract.

  9. The appointment carries with it the liability to serve in any part of the country.

  10. The appointment to the said post will be subject to physical fitness from the competent medical board for which he/ she will be sent to the designated Medical Authority by the concerned Institution/ Hospital before joining the post.

  11. The appointee is required to submit a declaration regarding his/ her marital status in the prescribed proforma.

  12. The leave entitlement of the appointee shall be governed in terms of instructions contained in DOP&T OM No. 12016/3/84-Estt. (L), dated the 12th April, 1985, as amended by OM No.12016/1/96-Estt. (L) dated the 5th July, 1990.

  13. On appointment, the appointee will be required to take an oath of allegiance to the Constitution of India or make a solemn affirmation to that affect in the prescribed proforma.

  14. The appointee is not entitled to any TA for joining the appointment.

  15. Other conditions of service will be governed by relevant rules and orders issued from time to time.

  16. If any declaration given or information furnished by him/ her proves to be false or if he/ she is found to have willfully suppressed any material information, he/ she will be liable for removal from service and also such other action as the Government may deem necessary.

Eligible candidates fulfilling the educational qualification and experience etc. may appear for the walk-ininterview on 15th March, 2016 at 9.30 A.M. at National Centre for Disease Control, 22-Sham Nath Marg, (near Civil Line Metro Station), Delhi-110 054. Eligible candidates may register their names for interview between 9.30

A.M. to 10.30 A.M. on the date mentioned above alongwith a resume, original certificates and their attested copies. Registration will be closed at 10.30 A.M. sharp. Candidate reporting after 10.30 A.M. will not be entertained.
