VACANCY CIRCULAR

Sub: Filling up the post of Director (VAMNICOM), Pune. -reg.

The post of Director in Lhe pay scale of Rs. 37400-Rs. 67000 with Grade Pay of Rs. 10,000 in PB-4 is proposed to b filled up in Vaikunth Mehta National Institute of Management (VAMNICOM), Pune, an Apex Training and Management Institute under National Council for Cooperative Training (~CCT), on deputat.ion failing which on contracL basis for a p nod of 3 years, through search-cum-selection process. NCCT is a C mrnittee set up with the approval of Gal und r bye law 1 A of National C opercilive Union of (n ia (NCUI), a Multi State Coop. Union registered under MSCS A t, 2002 -for promotion and development of Cooperative Tr-lining.

2. The eligibility criteria for appointment to the post of Dir etor (VAM leOM) is as under:

1. The deputation with NCCT/VAMNICOM will be on Foreign Service Lerms and conditions.
2. The period of deputation (including short term contract) period of deputation (including short .erm contract) in another ex-cadre po t held immediately preceding tJ1is appointment, in th same or some other Organization/Department of the GOr shall ordinarily not exceed three years.
3. Offirer select cl will have the option to draw his grade pay plus d puta ion (duty) allowance or to have his pay fixed in the pay scale of the post in acc rdance with th,e Department of Personnel &, Trainings .M. No. 2/29/91-Es t. (Pay-H) date 5.1.1994 as amended from time to time.
4. Application 1n the enclosed proforma, of interested and eligible officers who can be spared in 'he event of their s~lection may be forwarded) in dupltcate to this Department within 45 days from Lhe ate of advertisement of this vacancy in the Newspaper. While forwarding the applications, it is mandatory to verify and certify that the particulars furnished by the officer are correct. The following documents also need to be sent along Wlth lhe application:

Vigilance clearance hat no vigilance case is either pending or contemplated against the candid te;

(ii)

Integrity Certificate;

(iii) Major/Minor penalty statement during lasts ten years;

(iv)

Cadre clearance from the cadre controlling/appointment authority, if appli 'able; and

photocopies of ACRs/ APARS of last 5 years duly attested on each page. If for some reasons, the ACRs/ A ARS of the officer have not been written for a particular year or a part (for more than three months) of a year, a "No Report Certificate" (NRC) for that period m y be sent along with ACRs/ APAR of the corresponding previous y ars
