Applications are invited in prescribed Proforma for appointment of CONSULTANT (PROJECT MANAGEMENT) ON CONTRACT BASIS.

A.	NUMBER OF POSTS	:	01(One)
B.	REMUNERATION	:	Rs. 40,000/- p.m (inclusive of all)
C.	UPPER AGE AS ON CLOSING DATE	:	Not more than 55 years
D.	DUTY STATION	:	Corporate Office, New Delhi
E.	ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATION	:	Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering from Govt. Recognized University/ Institute with Post Graduate Diploma /Degree in Construction Management.
F.	EXPERIENCE	:	25 to 30 years of experience in Government / PSU having solid project management experience in the areas of Construction of Infrastructure / PMC / EPC / RE projects. Candidate should have experience in the area of supervision, execution, maintenance, billing of construction projects. Candidate should possess sound knowledge on Project/town planning, monitoring and execution, contract administration, resource planning and adopting modern construction methodologies in compliance with best quality standards, etc. Must be conversant with computerized working.

H. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: The duties would include(but not limited to) following:-

1. Improvement of Systems and removal of current grey areas keeping in view the best practices in the industry /Benchmarking on planning, monitoring & execution of projects.

2. Improvement of quality standards on project execution.

3. Improvement of project cost control and maintaining project budgets.

4. Adoption of best technologies for project monitoring & timely delivery.

5. Other duties entrusted from time to time.

BRIEF TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR ENGAGEMENT:

1. The engagement will be on contract basis initially for a period of one year, which can be extended /curtailed further as per requirement.

GENERAL CONDITIONS FOR INTERVIEW:

1. Application should be filled up in prescribed Proforma only with BOLD letters either in English or in Hindi. Application received through email will not be entertained.

2. Candidature will be liable for cancellation if at any stage it is found that information furnished in the application is misleading/incomplete/false. Candidates are advised to give specific / correct/ full information and attach proof thereof by way of attested photocopies of the original documents/certificates etc.

3. Mere fulfilling the minimum requirement will not vest any right for selection. In case of overwhelming response, NBCC reserves the right to shortlist the candidates by fixing revised eligibility criteria.

4. NBCC reserves the right to cancel this advertisement and/or the selection process without assigning any reason.

5. No TA/DA will be admissible for attending the Walk-in-interview.

Production of following documents by the candidates is mandatory at the time of interview:

1. One passport size photograph,

2. Proof of identification,

3. Original testimonials along with one set of attested copies thereof, in support of age, educational qualification, caste, experience etc.
