Walk-in Interview
Interested candidates are invited for Walk-in Interview for a position of Junior Research Fellow (JRF) to work on a research project titled An Efficient Use of Discarded Heterogeneous Electronic Waste for Development of Cost Effective Microwave Absorber funded by SERB, DST, Govt. of India, under the supervision of Dr. Ravi Panwar, Principal Investigator, IIIT Jabalpur. The selected candidate will also be encouraged to register for Ph.D. program as per the existing Institute rules. The relevant details are given below:
Number of Available Posts and Position: JRF - 01
Project Duration: The position is purely temporary and renewable each year subject to satisfactory performance for a maximum of three years or till the completion of the project whichever is earlier.
Stipend: Rs. 25,000 per month for the first and second years and Rs 28,000 per month for the third year (as per the SERB, DST norms).
Essential Qualifications: ME/M.Tech Degree in Electronics & Communication/ RF & Microwave/VLSI/ Nanotechnology/Material Science or subject related to the project. Candidates having good academic and research background and GATE score will be given preference.
Desirables: Candidates having knowledge of electromagnetic wave propagation in distinct medias, microwave measurement techniques and electronics materials etc. will be preferred.
No travelling or any other allowances are admissible for attending the interview. Candidates are required to bring all documents and experience certificates in original (along with a set of Xerox) for the verification. Candidates will not be considered in absentia.
