Subject-Filling up of the vacancy in the grade of Staff Car Driver in the Commissionfor Agri.costsandPrices,NewDelhiondeputation/absorptionbasis-Regarding.

I am directed to say that it is proposed to fill up a vacancy in the post of Staff Car Driver(Ordinary Grade) in the Commission for Agricultural Costs & Prices, Shastri Bhavan,NewDelhi (anattachedofficeofUnionMinistryofAgriculture & Farmers Welfare, Deptt. of Agri., Co-opn., & Farmers Welfare) in the pre revised scale of pay of PB-1 (GP : Rs.l900/-), (RevisedtoLevel-Zin ih CPC), GeneralCentral Service(Group C) (NonGazetted) (Non Ministerial)on deputation/absorption basis. The eligibility conditions for recruitment to

thepost is enclosed atAnnexure-I.

1. Period of deputation including period of deputation in another ex cadre posts held immediatelypreceding this appointment in the same or some other organisations/departmentof the Central Government shall ordinarily not to exceed three years. The maximum age limit for appointment shallnot exceed fifty six yearsas onthe closing dateof receipt of applications.
2. For purpose of appointment on deputation/absorption, the service rendered on a regular basisbyanofficerpriorto 151January2006orthedatefromwhichtherevisedpaystructure based on the sixth central pay commission recommendations has been extended, shall be deemed to be service rendered in the corresponding grade payor pay scale extended basis on the recommendations of the Commission except wherethere has been merger of more than one pre-revised scale of pay into one grade with a common grade payor pay scale, and where this benefit will extend only for the post(s) for which that grade payor pay scale is the normal

replacementgradewithout anyupgradation.

1. The officer selected will have the option to draw the grade pay plus deputation (duty) allowance or to have his pay fixed in the scale of pay attached to the post in accordance with DOPTOMNo.6/8/2009-Estt(Pay-II), dated 1ih June,2010as amended fromtime totime.
2. It is, therefore, requested that applications, in duplicate, in the proforma attached herewith(Annexure-II) or downloaded from the website http://cacp.dacnet.nic.in from suitable and willing officers who are eligible and can be spared immediately in the event of their selection may kindly be forwarded to 'Administrative Officer, Commission for Agri. complete and up-to-date CR Dossiers (photocopies of CRs are to be got attested by an officer not below the rank of Under Secretary to Govt. of India) within sixty days from the date of publicationofthisadvertisement. Whileforwardingtheapplication,itmaybeverified/certified that the particulars furnished by the officers are correct and that no vigilance/disciplinary case are either pending or contemplated against them and no major/minor penalty has been imposed on them during the last ten years of their service(Annexure-III}. If for some reasons, the ACRs/APARsof the officerhave not beenwrittenfor a particularyear or a part of a year,a 'No Report Certificate' (NRC) for the period may be sent along with the ACRs/APARs of the correspondingpreviousyear(s). Applicationswhicharenotintheprescribedformatandarenot received within the stipulated period or, are not accompanied with complete and upto date CR dossiers, vigilance & integrity clearance, or, statement showing major/minor penalty, if any, imposed on the officer during the last ten years or, otherwise found incomplete are liableto be

rejectedsummarily.
