Essential Qualifications for Research Associate: Ph.D. from Government of India recognized Institution/University in Biotechnology/Life Sciences/Zoology/Biomedical Sciences or a related discipline.
Essential Qualifications for Laboratory Assistant: Class 12th pass with Science Subjects with 50% Marks
Essential Qualifications for Laboratory Helper: Class 10th pass
Desirable qualification for Research Associate
Project I: Deciphering the role of calcium homeostasis ..T cell dynamics .Mycobacterium tuberculosis infection: Experience in handling virulent Mycobacterium tuberculosis strains, patient samples and a thorough knowledge of flow cytometry especially sorting of cell subsets.
Project II: Delineating the mechanism of transcriptional regulation .INO80; Identification and characterization of the protein complexes. Experience in proteomics and ChIP (Chromatin Immuno-precipitation), human cell culture handling. Knowledge of Drosophila genetics is desirable.
