Invites applications for the under-mentioned position in SERBfunded project entitledAn investigation on certain emerging aspects of Metal-Insulator Transition in thin oxide films . PI: Prof. A.K.RAYCHAUDHURI, Dept. of Condensed Matter Physics and Material Sciences.

JRF: TWO Positions

FELLOWSHIP: As per SERB rule for JRF

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATION: M.Sc (Physics /Applied Physics) with first class or equivalent from reputed Universities/Institutions. (No correspondence course etc will be considered) . Qualifying degree should have been obtained on or after July 31,2015 . For persons with post M.Sc qualifications (like M.Tech/M.E) , this will be relaxed suitably. Applicants should have qualified in NET - JRF/Valid Gate Score/Rank in Gate /JSET etc.

EXPERIENCE: Some experience in experimental work in materials science/condensed matter physics during M.Sc/M.Tech project is desirable.

DURATION: Till 19/03/2020
