Applications in prescribed form are invited from eligible Indian nationals only for appointment by direct recruitment to the following posts in the Cantonment Board Dehuroad (CBDR) so as to reach to the Office of the Cantonment Board, Dehuroad, Post-Dehuroad, Tal-Haveli, Dist-Pune Maharashtra-412101,on or before 26.05.2017 and 10.06.2017 (for remote regions only) , through registered / speed post/ and by hand only. The application format and all other details are available on website www.cbdehuroad.org.

Remote regions:

Assam, Meghalaya, Manipur, Mizoram, Tripura, Nagaland, Arunachal Pradesh, Sikkim, Ladhak, Division of Jammu & Kashmir State , Lahaul and Spiti District Pangi Sub-Division of Chamba District of Himachal Pradesh, Andaman and Nicobar Island or Lakshadweep

   Note: The cut-off date for determining the age limits shall be 26.05.2017. There is no age relaxation for reserve categories as recruitment post belonging to general quota.

   Candidates should note that only the Date of Birth recorded in the Matriculation/Secondary School Examination Certificate or an equivalent certificate, will be accepted by Cantonment Board Dehuroad for determining the age eligibility and no subsequent request for its change will be considered or granted.

2. ELIGIBILITY

   Lab Technician	Bachelor in Science (with subject-Physics, Chemistry, Biology) and Post Graduate Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology
   Staff Nurse	Bachelor's Degree in Nursing Or Three-year Diploma in Nursing/GNM from a recognized Institution/ Authority and Registration with Nursing Council of India/State
   Mason	Matriculation Pass from a recognized Board and Industrial Training Institute pass certificate from a recognized institute in Mason.

   Candidates should note:

   • Candidates appearing for the test must hold the qualifying diploma / degree on the

     date of applying for the said post wherein they have secured minimum 50% marks and fulfill other eligibility criteria.

   • Recruitment would be subject to verification of character, educational qualifications, and other certificates required.

3. APPLICATION FEE (NON-REFUNDABLE):

   The application processing non-refundable fee would be Rs.300 for general candidates and Rs. 150 for OBC (Non-creamy layer) candidates. SC/ST and PWD candidates are exempted from payment of application processing fee only. The application processing fee is required to be submitted by Demand Draft only, drawn in favour of Chief Executive officer, Cantonment Board Dehuroad from any nationalized bank and payable at their Dehuroad/Pune Branch only. Applications received without the prescribed fee will be summarily rejected.

4. SCHEME OF EXAMINATION:

   The examination shall consist of following two parts as under:

   PART I WRITTEN EXAMINATION.

   Number of questions- 100 questions Subjects:

   1. Knowledge of professional qualification

   2. General Aptitude

   3. General Knowledge

   The maximum marks will be 100. The level of difficulty will be as the educational qualification of the respective post. There will be negative marking at the rate of 0.25 marks to be deducted for every wrong answer.

   PART II Skill test to assess working knowledge of professional skills.

   MODE OF SELECTION/SELECTION CRITERIA.

   The Final Selection for the post will be made on the basis of

   1. Part I Written Test (Objective Type),

   2. Part- II Skill Test

   Note: The candidates for Part-II shall be shortlisted on the basis of their performance in Part-I Written Examination. Top 10 candidates in written examination will be considered for Skill Test.

5. GENERAL CONDITIONS:

1. Application complete in all respect, as per prescribed format given as per condition and addressed to Chief Executive Officer, Cantonment Board Dehuroad, should reach the Office of the Cantonment Board, Dehuroad,Tal-Haveli, Dist- Pune - 412101(Maharshtra) by registered / speed post and by hand only on or before 26.05.2017 and 10.06.2017 (for remote regions only) .

2. Application form (a) received after the last date of receipt of application, or (b) incomplete in any respect or (c) any fresh paper / enclosures after the last date of receipt of application, shall not be entertained.

3. The envelope containing the application should be clearly super scribed in BOLD letters with the post applied as follow: APPLICATION FOR THE POST OF

4. If applicant wishes to apply to more than one post separate application and fee for each post should be submit by the applicant.

5. All the service rules applicable to Cantonment Fund Servants under the provision of Cantonment Fund Servant Rule 1937 as amended from time to time and Govt. instructions issued time to time shall apply.

6. Qualification acquired by the candidates should be strictly in accordance with the prescribed qualifications and the candidates should not claim equivalent of their qualification with that of the prescribed qualification.

7. No request for change of any entries or part, originally indicated in the application form shall be entertained.

8. The candidates shall be held responsible for correctness of all information given by him/her and in case of any information / documents found to be incorrect at a later stage; action shall be taken against the candidates including dismissal from service.

9. Applications not accompanied with necessary supporting documents, duly self-attested clear Xerox copies of degree certificate / marks sheet/ experience certificate / category certificate (if applicable) issued by the respective Competent Authorities and incomplete applications shall be rejected summarily.

10. All enclosures must be duly self-attested by the candidate(s).

11. In-service candidates should route their applications through proper channel. However, candidates are advised to submit an advance copy of application from well before the last date.

12. The eligibility of the candidate in respect of age and qualifications will be determined as on 26.05.2017.

13. Before applying for the post, Candidates are advised to satisfy themselves about their eligibility.

14. If the verification of application form reveals that the claim of the candidate belonging to particular category is false, his / her services will be terminated forthwith without assigning any further reasons and without prejudice to such further action as may be taken under the provisions of the India Penal Code.

15. Candidates belonging to SC, ST categories are exempted from the payment of applications fee, provided the necessary certificate to that effect from the Competent Authority in the prescribed format is enclosed with the application. Except in case of SC/ST, applications without the requisite fee will not be considered.

16. All the appointees including in-service candidates shall be governed by the New Pension Scheme (NPS) introduced by Govt. of India.

17. 18. Application fee once paid shall not be refunded under any circumstances and will not be consider for any other examination conducted by cantonment board.

19. No TA/DA shall be paid to the candidates for attending the Examination/Skill Test.

20. Candidates in their own interest are advised to remain in touch with the Cantonment Board Dehuroad website (www.cbdehuroad.org). They should also regularly check Cantonment Board Dehuroad website for updates.

21. The Cantonment Board shall verify the antecedents or documents submitted at any time, at the time of appointment or during the tenure of the service. In case, it is found that any document submitted is fake or the candidate has clandestine antecedents / background and has suppressed the said information, his/ her services shall be terminated forthwith.

22. The Cantonment Board will not be responsible for any postal delay or application lost in transit.

23. Applications sent through e-mail will not be entertained.

24. Canvassing in any form may lead to cancellation of candidature.

25. No correspondence will be entertained in this regard and the candidates are requested to check the Cantonment Board website www.cbdehuroad.org for any related information.

26. The Cantonment Board will have the right to restrict the number of the candidates to be called for written test/Skill Test on the basis of qualifications and experience higher than the minimum prescribed or any other criteria that it may deem fit.

27. The Cantonment Board reserves the right to place reasonable limit on the total number of candidates to be called for written test/Skill Test

28. The Cantonment Board reserves the right not to fill up any of the posts advertised without assigning any reason.

29. In case of any dispute, any sue or legal proceeding by or against the Cantonment Board, Courts within whose local Jurisdiction, Headquarter of the Cantonment Board is situated shall have the Jurisdiction.

30. Decision of appointing authority would be final, with regard to all matters connected with the recruitment.

31. The acknowledgement of application will be confirmed through Email. Candidates are advised to fill genuine email and mobile number for future correspondence.

   7. Certificate showing Date of Birth (10th Certificate/Marks sheet).

   8. Two self-addressed envelopes of size 5 x 11 with postal stamp of Rs.5/-
