Subject: Recruitment of One Junior Project Fellow- Walk-in-Interview under the Project entitled, "Development of Audio-Video Materials on Experiments/Activities in Science at Secondary Stage (PAC Code 6.21)

The Department of Education in Science and Mathematics (DESM), NCERT will hold a Walk-in Interview to recruit One Junior Project Fellow on Contractual basis in the project mentioned above. The interview will be held on 7th June, 2017 at 10.30 A.M. in Room No. 2, 1st Floor, Janaki Ammal Khand, DESM, NCERT, Sri Aurobindo Marg, New Delhi-110016. The tenns and conditions of the fellowship are as follows:

Qualifications

a) Essential

:

Master's degree in Physics/Chemi stry/Zoology/Botany/ with minimum 55% Marks for general category (50% marks in the case of SC/ST/PH).

b) Desirable

:

i) Degree/Diploma in Education (Pertaining to School

Education)

i'i)Degree/' Diploma in Computer Science/Computer

Application/IT

  1. National Eligibility Test (NET)

  2. Knowledge of English and Hindi

  3. Hands on experience of conducting experiments

Age Limit

:

Below 40 years as per UGC guidelines

Tenure of Fellowship

:

8 month from the date of joining

Fellowship amount

:

Rs.16,000/- p.m. consolidated (NET Qualified) and

Rs.14,000/- p.m. consolidated (Non-NET)

The candidates should report at 09.30 A.M. REGISTRATION will be closed at 11.00 A.M

  1. The candidates should bring their original certificates alongwith bio-data at the time of interview.

  2. Fellowship is purely temporary with no provision of either increment in the amount and/or regularization of job.

  3. The candidates already in job should forward their application through their employer.

  4. No TA/DA is admissible for attending the interview or joining the post.
