OFFICEMEMORANDUM

Subject: Filling up the post of Director in Administrative Cadre in the Pay Matrix Level -13 (Rs. 123100 -Rs. 215900) in National Informatics Centre (NIC) on deputation basis.

The undersigned is directed to say that the National Informatics Centre has proposed to fill up one post of Director in Administrative Cadre in the Pay Matrix Level-13 (Rs. 123100 -Rs. 215900) on deputation basis.

2. It is requested that application from suitable officers in the Ministries/Departments of the Government of India, who are eligible, willing and who can be spared immediately on their selection may kindly be forwarded through their parent Department/Ministry to the undersigned immediately but not later than 30^th September 2017, in the prescribed proforma enclosed at Annexure II & III. Applications complete in all respect should be forwarded along with the up to date Annual Performance Appraisal Reports APARs), Vigilance Clearance Certificate and Integrity Certificate.

   (i) Holding analogous post on regular basis in the present cadre or
   department.
   (ii) Joint Director or equivalent in Pay Matrix Level 12 (Rs. 78800-
   209200) with five years regular service in the grade.
   (The Departmental Officers who are in the direct line of promotion shall
   not be eligible for consideration for appointment on deputation).
   Note -1 : Period of deputation including period of deputation in another
   ex-cadre post held immediately preceding this appointment in the same or
   other Organization or Department of the Central Government shall
   ordinarily not exceed three years.
   Note -2 : The maximum age limit for appointment on deputation shall
   not be exceeding 56 years as on the closing date of receipt of applications.
