RECRUITMENT OF ACADEMIC CONSULTANT IN ANTHROPOLOGY

Applications are invited from eligible candidates for two posts of Academic Consultant in the Discipline of Anthropology, School of Social Sciences (SOSS), Indira Gandhi National Open University, Maidan Garhi, New Delhi-110068. The positions are for a duration of two years with the recruitment being initially for a period of six months after which it may be extended depending on the candidates performance.

Remuneration and educational qualifications for the posts are given as follows:

Job profile: The nature of work would involve activities pertaining to development of academic programmes in

the Discipline of Anthropology offered by the University. The job would include writing, translating and editing of course material, supervising and vetting the Hindi translation and assisting the Faculty in day to day activities related to course development.
